Lean manufacturing
Poor manufacturing methods lead to higher expenses, waste, and ultimately, poor product. A vertically integrated manufacturing structure allows us to be highly flexible which gives us the ability to produce tailor-made solutions for our customers without sacrificing efficiency or quality. Our Linkz factory management staffs are all trained in Six Sigma. We are proud to just have obtained our first black belt graduate with several more in the pipeline. This, along with another 20+ green belts on their way across the factory structure, we hope to have our entire production staff certified Six Sigma graduates in the near future. Six Sigma, along with lean manufacturing, is allowing us to trim down expenses by reducing scrap levels, streamlining the production flow, and increasing automation while maintaining a consistent level of quality. The resulting cost savings allow us to offer you a more competitive price.

What is the point of manufacturing your product quickly if we cannot get it to you? Lengthy delays caused by inefficient customs, or overwhelming bureaucracy from
the tax office can, not only seriously affect your deliverability, but also your standing with the customer. We have been in China for nearly 20 years and throughout that time have developed a strong working relationship with the local authorities. This relationship grants us the means to quickly and efficiently expedite your shipment without any hassles. Since 1999, we have enjoyed Class A+ Enterprise status (the highest possible) for customs, Class A Enterprise status for foreign exchange, and Class A Enterprise status for accounting; all granted by the local government authority.
JIT Warehouse
Highly automated warehouse with fully implemented electronic tracking system allows us to further minimize any unnecessary stock buildup and to get your shipments out to you as soon as possible. Our new manufacturing center will include a 10,000m2 warehouse logistics center, further improving our JIT capabilities.
