Linkz repeats to spread eco-awareness to community in Earth Hour

Earth Hour, found by WWF in Sydney, Australia since 2007 to turn off their lights for one hour has become one of the world's biggest climate change initiatives. People around the world will turn off their lights for one hour in the forth Earth Hour at 8:30pm on March 27 2010.

In 2009, hundreds of millions of people participate in the third Earth Hour. Over 4000 cities in 88 countries switched off to support this planet care movement, deeply embedding the mind of environmental protection in people’s lives.

Not only endlessly supporting eco-manufacturing, Linkz will join the movement for demonstrate our ambition to support and spread our eco-awareness against climate changes and build a sustainable future for generations to come.

Caring Company Award

The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) has named Linkz one of Hong Kong's "Caring Companies" for seven successful consecutive years. The award acknowledges Linkz's efforts in corporate social responsibility, which the company has demonstrated through its active participation in a wide range of community initiatives, encouraging its employees to engage in various volunteer initiatives, particularly in support of the underprivileged and caring for the environment.

Share ourselves in New Territories Walk 2008/2009

Proactive persisting caring spirit, implementing social responsibility and contributing to build harmonious society are Linkz’ corporate culture. Even under global financial turndown, Linkz also participated into "New Territories Walk 2008/2009" launched by The Community Chest in order to get along with Hong Kong in this difficult period and share our love with the needy in society.

Salvation Army 'Lai See Day' program 2009

In order to commence our social responsibilities, Linkz participated into "Lai See Day 2009" launched by the Salvation Army.

"Lai See Day 2009" aims to support the ongoing charity work of The Salvation Army in Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China. Our staff shares their Chinese New Year blessings with the needy by contributing their red packet money. Linkz engages staff participation and provides platforms for quality and up-to-date services to our community continually.

Volunteer Ambassador Program by Social Welfare Department

Under the impact of global financial turmoil, Linkz also participated into "Volunteer Ambassador Program" launched by Social Welfare Department.

This Campaign aims to encourage the volunteer to show care to the needy by making knots / scarves for building up a caring society. Under proactive participation and Linkz’ spirit, our staff share their passion of servicing to our community continually.
